DESCRIPTION OF THE PLACE

Denderacchi is a property situated in Val D’Ambra, an area in Tuscany recently discovered by travelers who like staying in a natural and unpolluted place with few tourists.  Denderacchi is situated between Arezzo and Siena amongst the steep Chianti hills that gradually sink towards the Arno valley onto wide open landscapes. You can even see the Apennines that stately rise on the opposite side of the river Arno. So, the nature, the history, the art and the atmosphere of the Middle Ages are the traveling companions for those who decide to stay in these attractive lands with a lot of small villages and ancient castles. 

THE RURAL HOUSE

In 1997 the agricultural complex was in bad conditions and it was made up of the principal colony, a big hay-loft and a small annex.
However, it was possible to catch a glimpse of the architectural details that showed its extraordinary beauty and singleness.
We knew that this was the Cinderella of the Tuscan rural building industry and with our help would become a beautiful princess. 
In 2001, after difficult restoration work, Denderacchi returned to its original appearance: it is a big rural complex situated in a wonderful and natural Tuscan landscape.
